Ludwig Lauerhass Mexican Broadsides and Leaflets
This collection consist of leaflets and broadsides pertaining to religious, social, and political themes from Mexico’s post-independence period. The content of the collection is made up of prints from Mexico’s iconic 19th-century printer and publisher, Luis Abadiano y Valdés. The collection presents a view of Mexican elite culture of post-independence Mexico that emphasizes the importance of religion, culture, and politics.
Ophelia Martinez Family Album
This collection contains 64 black-and-white photographs, and newspaper clippings mostly featuring Ophelia Martinez and possibly images of her friends and family. Some images were taken in Mexico. Other family names notated in the images include: Sanchez, Lopez, Huerta, and Montana.
Mexican-American War Correspondence and Ephemera
This collection contains letters written during the Mexican-American War which took place from 1846-1848; as well as other ephemera such as receipts, expenses, and an invoice belonging to a ship captain who transported goods during the War.

Jose Guadalupe Posada Broadsides and Booklets
This collection contains eighteen broadsides and two booklets illustrated by Jose Guadalupe Posada, as well as a flyer illustrated in a similar style to that of Posada. All of the broadsides- published by the press of Antonio Vanegas Arroyo, are satirical in nature and contain images of calaveras, or skulls.
